dreaming about making soap

I have been reading and reading about making CP....so much so that I have been dreaming about it...thneI get up and come back to the computer and read so more.

I have looked at recipe after recipe...Can anyone suggest a good starter recipe. I have written down so many I think I m dizzy!

Hi KJohnsn,

I had made crockpot soap and it is really easy. I used bunnys recipe. It depends on how big of a batch that you want but I recommend that you start off with a 2# batch. Here is the recipe I used to begin with:

5oz- Coconut oil

22oz-Olive oil

5oz-Lard

8-12oz-water

4.32oz-Lye

If you have a crockpot it is really easy. Go to the Bath and body and tech. for the instructions on how to do it. HTH

haha, ive dreamed too,I have an even worse problem, i wake up in the middle of the night, start thinking soap and candles, and then I cant fall back asleep.
