HeavenScentU
Is there anything I can mix with Rose fragrance to make it smell a little sweet? I like the smell of rose, but it smells a little old fashioned. I want to add it to my potpourri that I mixed with all the flowers in my garden but I don't like the heaviness of the scent and want to lighten it up. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Sharon in KY
Lily and Hyacinth are great to mix with Rose.
Candlebuddy
Sweet Pea. I also read that a sweet type apple is good to mix with rose; I've never tried it, but you could do the q-tip test. Vanilla, Lavender, and Honeysuckle would also be worth testing.

These all sound fabulous! My nose is not too fond of rose after pouring 125 votives a couple of years ago, but I may be willing to try it again with a mixer. Thanks for the ideas! Scented
Got any orchid or violet or jasmine? How about a rose, vanilla and sandalwood mix? Or patch should take some of the heady out of the rose.
