lindsaycb
Donita...how many different waxes do you use? These are AWESOME...I think I may try some with some silk rose petals that once were bought for dipping in soap...
Candle Man
I would also add needed safety for this type of candle making.Wear eye protection, gloves, long sleeves & apron. Also make sure you check the wax temp and do this prodject in a well protected area just in case the balloon happens to pop.
lindsaycb
Okay, so BCN is out of hurricane wax. Can I get by with IGI 1218 at mp of 145?
Donita
Are you making balloon candles? Go ahead and use it....just be sure that you fill the candle in the middle so your tea lite gets plenty or air circulation. Depending on the size, if it is a small one, then fill it up half way....if it is a big one, 1/3 fill is fine. It still glows through. I add micro 180 too.
