countyline
Just wondering what kind of burn time you guys are getting on these? I use my own parasoy blend, and FINALLY love the burn I am getting, but they just don't seem to last as long as I would like.

Vicky_CO
That is why I quit doing those they look great but burn time because of the height does not justify itself.
countyline
Well, thanks for the reply, anyway. I am getting something like 35-40 hours which just blew my mind for over 15 ounces of wax. I am definitely NOT overwicked; just the nature of the beast, I guess. Vicky_CO
Yea that was my problem I could not justify 40 hours for that much wax so they where not cost effective. I found a better use for that bowl I float a candle in them.

That's assuming it's wicked properly and you're getting a fmp.
kandlekrazy
They make very pretty gifts, but quite frankly are just too dang expensive to ship so people weren't buying them...regardless of burn time. Now I just use them to pkg b&b products for gifts or fill them with candle melt heart shapes. I can sell them at local events but don't offer them for shipping. They were really good sellers (even with wax poured in) at Mother's Day boutiques or fairs....better than Valentine's Day for me.
