Melanie Posted February 8, 2009 Share Posted February 8, 2009 I have been thinking about my wrapping of my soap and want to get the shrink wrap but am confused, the stuff that comes like a tube and you cut it off or in short sections, open at both ends, is it a sleeve or a tube? CareBear Posted February 8, 2009 Share Posted February 8, 2009 If you cut your own you can make them a sleeve by sealing with an impulse sealer on the ends once you have the soap in there, or you can cut shorter and use as a band - like the Dan's Bands that MMS sells.
