NewOrleansLady
I use Tennessee as well for their 70/30 and it is phenomenal but.......it is really expensive and with shipping, comes out to b $2.00 a lb if not a lil more. A lil too much for me so I am looking for a new wax. Anyone like Farmhouse 50/50?? Looking for a 70/30 or 50/50 blend that is good. I wanted to try a sample of JS 50/50 but it appears you have to order a whole case online. I do not see a 5 or 10 lb slab listed.E-mail Becky about the 10# slab. I know she had a 1/2 case available to help people out on freight....so she may have stopped the 10# slab out but write her and ask.
bunkie68
Bumping an old thread to see if anyone has any new thoughts on favorites. I was using a wax from Greenleaf, but they've closed, so I'm looking for another good container wax to try.
psfponies
my own para-soy mix...tootieCan you please email me psfponies@yahoo.om and maybe share what you use??? I made a big boo boo and ordered straight paraffin and want to make my own para-soy blend. Not sure what would be the best to blend with it. jennyjo
I am using CBL-130 from Candlewic. A parasoy blend. Love it. Easy to cut. Pulls slightly away from the jars eliminating wet spots..until you burn it anyway, then the spots appear, but oh well. Great scent throw with many fragrances. A little bit of soot when my customers powerburn, but with a normal burn and trimming I get no soot. I am happy.
shimmerglo
My favorite is 4630. It's the only container wax I've used and wouldn't think of changing. CT and HT are great (IMO) and I rarely get wet spots. Works great with zinc wicks.
