Beverley
I use photoshop CS3 for all of my design work but it's pricey....there are alot of graphics software programs out there (Walmart, officemax, staples) that are alot less expensive and offer some of the same features as the more expensive software programs. ModernScents
Try GIMP, its basically Photoshop (but open source and free!).http://gimp.orgAnd it works with all Photoshop files (i don't know what format the Labels by the Sheet gives)
beekeeper_sd
The Print Shop is a very good program for labels and it really isn't too expensive. You can get Print Shop at most office supply stores, i.e. Office Max, Office Depot, Staples, etc. It's very easy to use your own graphics and pictures. R.S.
Most Fed Ex/Kinko's have a design workshop where all the graphics programs are on the machine and available for use. Beats paying $600 for Photoshop.

Tess
I think the label makers your talking about are those that you find at Hobby Lobby. I have never used one but I heard they are pretty awesome!.I know places like Uline have some. Not sure if those are strictly UPC makers though. Stella1952
Avery has software that you can either download or use online to print labels. If there is no Avery label in the size label you have, there is a software option to create your own custom template. Check here:http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Templates-%26-Software/SoftwareAlso - look through the LabelsByTheSheet site - they have great tips and templates for their labels.
