Where can I get tiles to put under my warmer?

Recommended Posts

Hi all!

Okay, so believe it or not...I'm Christmas shopping :) I'm going to give relatives and teachers candle warmers, wickless candles, and a tile to set the warmer on. Any suggestions on where to get a nice tile (not to expensive). I looked at the Dollar Tree and they had candle plates which I wasn't sure would work since they were curved inwards like plates (I think I need a flat surface). Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks so much :)

Have you tried the home improvement stores, like Lowe's or Home Depot? I haven't measured but it seems like a standard tile would be about the right size. They come in some beautiful designs and aren't that expensive if you're not tiling an entire bathroom. You couls even put felt or cork circles underneath to give it a more finished look and protect the surface. Just a thought...
