Lin
something to shape the bottom of taper candles to fit in basic holders. Sorry i cant think what its called but i think it warms up and you stick the bottom of the candle in it and it shapes the bottom. I saw one some place and cant find it now. Thanks Lin

sharyl55
Lin, did you look at the one Candlewic has? http://www.candlewic.com/Store/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=Candle+Making+Supplies&category%5Fname=Removed+Items&product%5Fid=M%2D62
OFCILynn
Ok, this may be a silly question to some! This link from a previous post takes you to a taper bottom shaper. Can someone please explain to me HOW this works? The site does not give instructions to these two products. I am guessing from looking that you would heat this up and place the bottom of a taper into this device? Anyone have one of these?TIAGod Bless,LynnLin, did you look at the one Candlewic has? http://www.candlewic.com/Store/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=Candle+Making+Supplies&category%5Fname=Removed+Items&product%5Fid=M%2D62
Candybee
I'm sure the instructions must come with the shaper. It looks like you just plug it in and wait for it to warm up. You may have a switch too but it doesn't look like it would be terribly complicated. JMO
