hellen
Hi guys,I'm going to try hurricanes..I know they should be at least 5"in diameter...but which height mould do you think is best and the most attractive?Cheers,Hells
SatinDucky
Mine is about 5" square, but it's purely a matter of preference. You could look through some in the gallery and see which proportions are pleasing to your eye
Wick'n'Wax
I make my pictures square, so for instance 5" square and I pour to about 2cms above it.I use 56oz of wax and that comes out right. My mold is 4 1/2" x 6 1/2", hth
Donita
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You can make them anyway you like. I make some that are about 12 inches in diameter and only about 7 inches tall. Then I make some that are 6" in diameter and 12 inches tall. It doesn't matter as long as they look pretty. SatinDucky
My square one is from Peaks. My round one is a stainless steel kitchen tool caddy from WalMart
