moniek
Someone that I know, knows a lady that makes candles & she puts sugar cookie mix in the wax. I have never heard of this! I assume that it is the dry mix. She has bought one from her before & she says it smells good...
ChrisR
HUH??? Why would you put a cookie mix consisting of flour, eggs, sugar, etc. in your candle, except maybe to clog the wick or get some good smoking soot going!! Some people are just plain strange!! candlesprite7
mmmmm burnt cookie...lol sorryI cant really see how that would work...those ingredients wont mix with wax, they will sink to the bottom and clog the wick and/or start a fire... People make the weirdest things...Could be dangerous too ~ People wouldn't know what to do with it!!They may cook it and eat it (If made with soy wax) LOLIf it's wicked - you burn it , then eat it??I wouldn't want to waste good cookie mix in a candle!!! Oh-MYo
:undecided In my experience burned sugar cookies dont smell that wonderful. In addition to the great answers so far, aromatic oils diffuse from the melt pool to create those deliscious scents. However actuall cookie dough would do nothing for scent.JMO but I think someone got distorted info.

Late Night
Maybe she meant a sugar cookie FO mix. Like sugar cookie FO and vanilla FO or something mixed together. Not an actual sugar cookie, cookie mix.
