Dana Mae
Hi I'm new to candle tech and have posted a little on the candle making forum. I'm getting ready to order supplies and need some suggestions.I have some ideas, of course, but am interested in hearing your experiences and opinions as well.I'll be using 4627 for my candles.I'm looking basically for clean, fresh scents (cotton, linen and the like). I also like some of the ocean/water type smells.Since I expect to do a lot of testing and mess-ups lol I figure I would get my favorite scents.I'm ordering the bulk of my supplies from CS so any input on their FO is appreciated. I am also open to ordering elsewhere, of course shipping is a concern and I'm in Northwest Florida, panhandle.I also make CP soap so any FO that could work in both would be a double bonus. Thanks for reading and I look forward to learning from you!Dana
nmhoneybear
You can't go wrong with any of Candlescience's FO's. They are all awesome! The only one of their clean type scents that I tried is Rain Water. I loved it.I'm sure you wouldn't be disappointed with any that you get. Just order samples and see what works. I poured Pearberry yesterday and was quite impressed. Happy sniffing!!
mizbizzyb
Here are some helpful threads - you can search for more by using the search feature and typing in candlescience or the name of the fragrance you want info on and see if cs has been discussed.http://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62667&highlight=candlesciencehttp://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57153&highlight=candlesciencehttp://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56864&highlight=candlescience
Candybee
I second the Rain Water. It smells sooooo good. Another good clean one is Sun Washed Linen. I think thats the name. And Clean Cotton smells like the Downy fabric softener. Good luck!

evesorto
You might even be able to ask CS when they are having their next "Sample Sale". They do it twice a year. I feel like it may be soon. Maybe Jan? Email them and ask.Eve

Camay
Last year, CS did their 99 cent sample sales in March and August. I love their clean cotton, very clean and fresh.
