HELP!!! Dye on linoleum

Recommended Posts

HELP PLEASE....somehow, someway, red liquid candle dye was tracked in my kitchen on the linoleum. I have my suspicions. But, anyway, anyone know how to remove it? It's liquid dye from the candle source and I've tried everything I can think of including bleach. Help me please if you know anything that could get it up. We are thinking of selling our house so this is the last thing we need....sigh:angry2:

Try using a slicone spray or WD-40. I had this happen to me and I had red all over my floor because it was under my shoe. With the silicone spray you can see the dye just coming off of the floor. WD-40 takes a little more rubbing to get it off.

Good luck.
