Big Lots has Pumpkin Jars!

Recommended Posts

You know I don't think I've ever seen them around here. I should look this year. That or you've been here and bought them out lol.

ME? (evil laugh) I wouldn't DREAM of doing something like that! By the way, where do you live? HEE HEE. I bet I could get there in no time. LMAO. I need a huge supply. Sold out of them in 4 hours last time I carried them and I didn't have but 4 cases( I almost scoured the whole state to find that amount too).

I just saw these in my local store today, $2 each.

Are you using them for container candles? Or just tealights as they are labeled. They have warnings on them saying they are for tealights and will get very hot, etc.

Just wondering........

Kathy

Always used them for container candles and they don't get any hotter than any other container.

Sorry but can't post a pic, my camera took a dump last week. Really need to get a new one.

I happened to stop in last week and they had just put out 2 cases and I took them both! Now off to look for some more (before you head to California to buy more pumpkin jars, rofl)

Would you mind posting a pic? If you can. TIA :)

There's a picture in this thread: http://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31716&highlight=pumpkin+jars

These have been my best seller by far in the last 5 years!! I get anywhere from 14.50 - 12.50 per jar. Cant keep them in!!! Here is a pic for those of you that wanted it.

Do you use soy in these? And where to start with wicking testing....... ??

Thanks !

well, I went to my big lots here in my small town and the shelves were loaded with them. I picked up a couple for testing..

I also picked up some votives just to test....:laugh2:omg, they burn hideously...

would it be wrong or illegal to reuse the box the votives came in? I don't see any logo or copyright on the box...
