Strictly M&P??

Anyone here ONLY do M&P soap? I have tried both and really like the CP soap, but was just wondering if anyone stays strictly to M&P?

Well, I don't stay "strictly" M&P, but I sure do a LOT of it. I haven't sold any of my CP soaps as of yet, but have sold quite a bit of my M&P soaps.

I was just wondering. Like I said, I have done M&P & CP and really like the both. Kind of wondering which sells better, honestly. I really like the M&P becuase I don't have wait for cure time. I have not really added any extras though excetp color and scent. Think I will play around with M&P a little more. I really need to find a good Moururizing one though as my skin is really dry. That is what I like about the CP is I can make that nice and good for my skin

I add shea butter to my M&P if I'm looking for an extra moisturizing bar, it really works.

I've used quite a few different brands of M&P bases, and I like the SFIC bases the best.

I only make CP for a couple of customers now, and the rest is strictly MP soap for me! I do all goat's milk soap now, and I absolutely LOVE it!

I have been all MP for a couple years due to a toddler and no workshop. I am hoping to get back to Cp as soon as we move and I have my own workshop w a lock!!

I may never leave it!!

I do, for 2 reasons .... (1) the flexibility to do all my shapes & designs (it's an artistic outlet for me) and (2) because I'm scared of lye, especially since I constantly have little ones underfoot.

M&P for now. I also like the ability to use the soap right away and it sells like crazy. Why I even had a customer take some to England with him to give to his nieces. Now they love American soap. I wonder if they really think all American soap is like M&P??

I only do MP myself. There is no way i could physically do CP but would love to one day. Small apt no space and fibromylogia makes doing all the steps too much for this old lady. I do also add shea to my bases and lots of other things too. I love the versitality of mp. I'm glad to see others who do it also ...thought i was the only one

I'm just getting started, but I have no plans whatsoever to do CP or HP. I'd much rather stick with MP and forget the lye!

When I experiment I use the mp soap but otherwise I rebatch. I do love mp because I can use it right away!

I started doing cp a few months ago, but I'm not selling any yet since I'm still in the testing the daylights out of it. I do a lot of mp as novelty soaps, which sell quite well for me. My regulars also like the bars in their b&b favorites for themselves and for gift giving.

Personally, I like the qualities of cp soap much better, but until I'm in a position to replace the mp bars I'll have to offer the mp. Since I have a good little customer base for the novelty ones, I'm sure not giving that up.

I may start for fun! Anyone know where can I get some gooood prices for SFIC bases?

Or even better... anyone know whether that SFIC co-op may be back in the works?
