nayarx8
Woo-hoo, I finished it! Ive been procrastinating making adult sweaters because of how much yarn I was afraid it would take, and didnt want "cheap"-looking yarn. Well, I found Bernat Satin yarn at Joanns the other day for $2 a skein (100 grams). I am in love with the texture and color of this yarn! This sweater took about 300 grams of yarn to make, so it wasnt expensive at all, only about $6 to $7 to make this, and 8 hours. I didnt have a pattern to follow, so the design was done completely in my head again:D . I will be wearing a tank top underneath it for future use. Im also thinking of adding decorative stitching to the cuffs and hemline...any opinions?I apologize about the pics; I was the only one awake in the house when I took them, so I had to take them myself. TexasBrat
Looks great. I think some fun fur for the sleeves would be adorable. I have seen fun fur at Dollar Tree recently too.
