  12. congrats on your frist knitted project. I know that I love to knit and help other people learn how to also it is a fun hobby to have.
  13. when you are casting off in the beginning of a row your a pretty much doing a bind off which is knit 1, knit 1 and pass the frist knit stitch over the second one and then you will be left with one stitch one the right hand needle, and when you are decreasing a stitch it will either be a left slanted or a right slanted decrease and one of the decreases are slip, knit, pass the slipped stitch over the knit stitch and that will make it one stitch less, and the other kind of decrease is a knit 2 stitches together. I hope that helps. These are the notes that I wrote for myself when I taught myself how to knit so that I would understand it better.

  16. so I took an short brake from knitting to make my babies two quillow blankets for christmas. they are made out of fleace for the main body and the pillow part is made out of cotton fabric. This is what a 2 year old and a 4 year old picked out for themselves. Here they are unfolded and folded
  17. I know that for how much that they cost to make the big retail stores mark them up alot. Where I work they are 5 oz and eight oz and sell anywere from 24.98 to 44.98 each and people are willing to pay that for them so if I were you I would raise my prices a little higher.
  18. and for a pattern a hat is easy, scarf, and most handbags are very straight forward
  19. most of the patterns have a glossery of what all the abreavitions(sp?) mean. but if not i use google when i don't know what a stitch is or means.
