I think the testing of wicks would push me over the edge if I had to start trying Palm wax now.wicking this wax made me mad too, I think it's a compromise. I also had an LX 30 burn slower with smaller flame than an LX 28...so, I take the fact, it doesn't burn as paraffin, I care that I have no leaks and a good shell over all the burns.
