moonrose64
Gee I get as many wet spots as the wax feels like giving me. lolI never know how many I will have. Sometimes I have next to none, then another time I will have a crap load. grrrrr. I hate wetspots. But I did learn to embrace them. lolMost of the wetspots I get, I can get covered up with the label. I just look for the nastiest wetspot and put the label over it.
MaryinCary
My best advise....learn to live with them as they are inevitable. Even if you do everything right....you will get them. Just one of those facts of wax!
linwvr
i know i will get some...that's fine but its just so inconsistant like moonrose said...i was just wondering if i was doing something wrong...thanks though!
debscent
I don't get wet spot(s), I get one large one.
Lolas Lights
I get them all the time, sometimes one big one and then sometimes a few small ones. I use hangtags so can't hide them, just have to live with them. If they are really bad I use the heat gun and it helps some but doesn't get rid of all of them. Sallykate
I LOVE my wetspots!............... NOT! I just tell myself that I do so that I can ignore them. I have just decided to live with them. I dwell on the other more positive things about my candles, the things I CAN fix and change. Water spots are just always gonna be there, period. I'm over it. bugtussle
I hate all the wetspots in J223. I have started mixing it. 2/3 223 & 1/3 C-3 Soy and the wetspots are much better. I also think the candle burns cleaner. So far the wicking has not changed. My fingers are crossed!!!
annareeb
I seriously do no get them often I use J223 and smoothsided jelly jars, I heat my jars in the oven on low/200.. so they are prob 200 degrees when I pull them out, then I wick and pour...I get them when for whatever reason my jar cools to much..like I screwed up the wick and had to redo or something.. MommaD
Maybe I am a freak, wetspots never bothered me. I know that J223 gives a lot of them though.
Breanna
As my friend Sharon (prairieannie) says we must embrace our wet spots and get on with it. If you notice when you go to wal-mart and other places their candles have wet spots too,,,,
