GrayMaire
I want to say a big thank you to Fredron for his idea of the styrofoam box for cooling jar candles with 6006 wax. I had some 2-inch styrofoam lying around after an insulating job. I built a box by cutting pieces to size and gluing them to the outsides and bottom of a box that a case of jars came in. Then I cut another piece to make a lid. I left the cardboard separators inside the box. Now when I make jar candles, I put them in the box to cool overnight. They cool really slowly, and it's just about totally eliminated all the problems with sink holes and dips in my jar candles. So thanks again!!!
