  1. I ordered from them a few years ago, didnt have any problem.
  2. Most customers have no idea how a candle is suppose to burn, so they dont know its wrong. I used to be one who thought it was normal for a tunnel and didnt know I needed to let it burn for 3 plus hours.
  3. If the wax they use can hold that much than it would burn fine. May need a bigger wick. If they are using to much FO it will just seep out.
  4. Maybe shop around and see if you can find lower prices or lower shipping. I wouldnt switch wax, you will have to retest every scent you sell which would be very costly. If you have good quality candles, people wont mind paying a dollar or two more:)
  5. For a full melt pool, it should take around 3 hours. You want the depth of the melt pool to be around a half inche. Generally 1 hour for every 1 inche.
  6. I use the 6028 for my tarts, and love it. Tarts come out of the mold very easy, and great throw.
  7. I use their FOs and they are great. I pick up my orders as I live 5 minutes away. I think there wick guide is pretty close, sometimes I have to go up one wick from theirs.
  8. I would just suggest that you get it only if you can then get it somewhat locally. You dont want to have to switch wax and retest all again if shipping is to much. I have never used that wax, so just get ya some sample packs of wicks.
  9. Check with State Farm, I know some people have insurance with them. Some states are different so see what they offer.
  10. Its a really hard wax to wick, I gave up. I am using my leftover wax to make wickless candles. I switched to the 6006 and I really like it. I havent had alot of time to make candles lately, very busy 14 month old plus I am trying to get caught up on my scrapbooking.
  11. I use wooden spoons and the paint stirrers.
  12. General rule of thumb is it should burn about an inche a hour. So a 3" candle should take 2 to 3 hours to get a complete melt pool. You also dont want the depth of the melt pool to be greater than 1/2". Good luck. UK has different wicking I believe Sands.
  13. I dont sell, but I prefer the 8 oz tins. If I was a customer I would buy the 8 oz, maybe a 4 oz too.
  14. Wooden spoon here. I dont think an electric mixer would be good with hot wax.
