Georgia
I've been playing with this and it seems to be working for me. I got it fromhttp://thepersonalformulator.com/wvss/product_info.php?cPath=11&products_id=
SoyKandles
I used the Hexylene Glycol from www.oakcourtcreations.com -- it's under the reed diffuser section. But that is a lot more money than the above company sells the stuff for. I wonder if there is a difference?
SoyKandles
I'm reviving this old thread to see if there is any new ideas to throw into the Reed Diffuser topic. I've had good luck with some FO's using DPG. I've also used Hexylene Glycol with other FO's. Since I've found a few that work (after testing, testing, testing!) I've just used the blend that worked well for me. One thing I haven't tried is the FO/DPG/PA combination. Has this worked well for anyone? Ingrid
I have used the fragrance oil enhancer from C&S . The formula is 50/50. It has been very successful for us. I have been testing these since the summer and have had great success. Ingrid
grama
I have just got in my supplies for making them. Using the reed stick diffuser base from wsp and the apple jack & peel - 1/2 of each and it seems to be working good. Put 1 drop of red dye in it and you can see the reeds "soaking" it up. Seems to have a strong smell - if I can smell it I think it is pretty strong since I keep a bad case of "candle nose":yay:
SoyKandles
Ingrid - C&S is Candles & Supplies, right? I've read about this enhancer, but they don't say what's in it. Do you know what's in it? Maybe it doesn't make any difference, but I like to know what's in things. Thanks!
