When I opened the link the title on the pic says faux candles... it looks like a hollow plastic candle with an electric silicone bulb. You could buy a scented grubby or hurricane candle with a silicone bulb insert. I'm sure there are people on here that sell them, or you can even look up ways to make one and could probably duplicate the drippy wax look.
