I wanted to post photos of my first soaps to get some input.First one is my first CP soap, scented with Love Spell and swirled with Blue Mica. It turned very purple (wasn't expecting that, is it normal?) and is STRONG, I hope the scent fades a bit. My second soap is my first CPHP soap, it is scented with Warm Vanilla Sugar and is colored with some pink M&P dye I had. I think I might have cooked this too long, not sure what the white spots are, I think it is okay though.This site is great and I am getting tons of ideas. eugenia Posted September 20, 2005 Share Posted September 20, 2005 Looks good Amanda. Lye can do very strange things to colors in CP. As for the white spots, did you perhaps use palm?
