pdevine
Has anyone ever tried the fluorescent dyes from BC? I am looking to try some fluorescent colored candles and just wondered if they were truly fluorescent once in wax. Also, at $14.95 for a # block of dye:cry2: , does anyone have a cheaper source for these? What I am wanting to achieve is the neon/fluorescent colors like the Nascar colors. jay_me0007
I haven't tries this company but came across them in search of Florida suppliers : www.soapsupplies.net They have liquid dye in neon colors. Pricing seems to be reasonable as well. Hope this helps you out!!
sugarysweet95
The reddi-glo pigment dye chips are quite bright in paraffin candles, kinda flourscent. They have them at peaks and pourette and i got some cheaply from an ebay seller. The floursecent dyes from candlechem are brighter but i had some trouble mixing the dye in properly, but they are more flourescent and their magenta colour is cool. bugtussle
The fluorescent/pigment chips are not made for container candles. They will clog the wick terribly. Carole
