I had looked at that mold but was wondering if they would come out easy with all that detail and not being able to flex the mold....looks like it works great. The only thing is that because it's such a big pan I learned to put a cookie sheet over it before turning then sliding the sheet out otherwise some fall from pretty high and can get dinged.
