Tarts from funky mold

Here's a pic of some tarts from my new mold...

they are ecosoya VB with (I think) an orange-vanilla from Tony.

ohhh those are cool, I was checking that out when I think it was you that posted that link before. How much does each tart weigh? (seen the answer in a different post...thanks)

Yep that is the only way that mold would be used in my kitchen also.

I think those are adorable. I had looked at that mold but was wondering if they would come out easy with all that detail and not being able to flex the mold....looks like it works great.

They just fall out when I turn the pan over. The only thing is that because it's such a big pan I learned to put a cookie sheet over it before turning then sliding the sheet out otherwise some fall from pretty high and can get dinged.
