spec
I see now that they require a $50.00 minimum! That'd be a ton of lip balm..

Sabsgurl
You can make the same thing with floral foam. Pretty cheap at Walmart and it works great.Sabs

This has solved that problem for me. Pushing the tubes in for the first time is really easy to do. Once the holes are in, cover with saran wrap and then put the tubes in the foam and fill. Really easy clean up-pull the saran wrap up and toss it away. I think a block of foam cost $1.88.
asheebeans
Wow, that's a cool tip! Thanks so much for sharing that, as I have a *ton* of lipbalms to pour!
josie1091
I bought a beautiful lip balm tube holder from soapies-supplies.com. It holds 20 tubes and was $8. She has a larger one also. It is custom made for her. She does run out of them. They are really nice.
Candle Man
I like the lip balm filler tray better than a holder. With the filler you attach tubes, pour balm into tray and there filled, let set then scrape excess off top of tray, pull out tubes cap & label and your done. You can do hundreds per hour, even if you only make 25 at a time.http://www.plastictom.com/products.htmlhttp://www.serftosurf.com/lt.htmhttp://www.thesage.com/catalog/Equipment.htmlHere is how to fill them http://www.plastictom.com/HowToUse.html

tychels
I saw some of the filling trays at sks-bottle.com under lip balm supplies. I'm sorry, I would post the link but I don't know how to..I'm new here... The tray comes with 24 free natural lip balm tubes.. I have not made any lip balm yet(although,I am dying to. I am a lip balm junkie! ) but it looks like it would be a big help.Sharon
