Michi
Like with your name on them or a completely different jar? I think, but don't quote me on this, that Fairway glass will do imprints on jars. You could call them and ask.

LanaH
You might try Arkansas Glass Co. I know they imprint names in the glass. Not sure on minimums.

Barb_513
Okay, do you have a pic? I have a place that does custom jars but it's mostly company names and logo's. You could do something in art and have it placed on the jars but I'm not sure that would work and be economical. Right now I can get Apothecary Jar w/ glass bubble lid 16 oz for $2.79 but there is a $40 screen charge and that's only one color. The $2.79 is a sale price in these. There are a few other jars also. Let me know what you are looking for and I am be able to find it.Thanks,Barb
