FitMommyOf2
Please forgive me if this is one of the questions that has been asked 100x already.. I'm new (as you can see lol) and am honestly a bit overwhelmed by all this yummy smelling sounding stuff, if ykwim?I'd appreciate if someone could tell me a great site where I'd get shea from; possibly also other sites with info on how to create whipped shea cream w/fragnances.. I'd love to make some for my MIL, SILs and mom for Christmas!TIA,Val
RobinInOR
I've gotten it a few different places, but I still like Agbanga Karite's shea...http://agbangakarite.com/And if you check in the recipe section I'm sure you'll find some whipped butter recipes - just search on "shea" - lots of different techniques and ingredients depending on what you're after and how "greasy" you want it. CareBear
If you are not in a great hurry you might wait for a co-op on the Agbanga Karite shea (unrefined) - it's great stuff.
FitMommyOf2
Oh, that sounds good. I'll have to look where to find the coops here on this board and inform myself about the fees and such. Thanks for the hint!

They have very high business ethics- and their products are the most natural and ethically harvested available.=)
