KristinesShower
Do you have a CC that is hooked up to the account? I would call the CC company and tell them to make sure they don't take anymore funds from your account. You will be very surprised how fast stamps.com then calls YOU.Everything becomes important to a business owner when you cut off their money. Monica
I had the same problem..I finally did a chargeback on the last service fee they charged to my account..first I got an email, then a phone call...I am now cancelled. What a hassle..guess they think you will just keep paying them:mad:
valleygrls98
I guess I will have to do that !!! I tried to call there line where you sign up thinkingI might have better luck but they didn't answer there either.
grammafransfixins
Can I ask why you are cancelling it? I just started to use them about 3 mo. ago...and like the fact I can do postal, priority, overnight, etc on there. You can't do all that with usps.com I also like printing my own stamps. So...just curious as to what you don't like that you are cancelling for??If ya don't mind telling me??
Candybee
Cancelled mine too. Seems it wasn't all that convenient.
KristinesShower
I tried it once, but turns out none of my packages were even close to using first class or parcel (plus everyone hates going that route anyway - they would rather have priority it seems)Hope you got to call your CC company today to cut them off. Nothing worse than a company that just doesn't "get" why you don't want to do business with them anymore LOL
valleygrls98
I decided to cancel because 90% of my buisness is paid through through pay pal so it didn't seem worth the $16.00 a month .... I think almost all of the stuff that isn't pay pal is priority so it just seems like a waste of $$$
valleygrls98
well called the bank I am going to have to cancel my card and get a new one I am thinking that maybe there needs to be a class action lawsuit .... they have over 800 complaints with the bbb they don't answer thier fax # either !!! seriously the service it self isn't bad other than being overpriced but it's not worth this headache. KristinesShower
Crappy customer service is my personal #1 reason for leaving ANY company. There is just NO excuse for it and every company should have a system in place (especially the big guys!)I would file with the BBB if I were you. The more people know about this, the better. Sara
... they have over 800 complaints with the bbb WHAT?? Wow. You know, I used stamps.com when I first started out but then, like others, realized I could take care of business (for free) through Paypal or the USPS site, it wasn't worth it. And my stupid "free" stamps.com scale didn't last long either, LOL.
Stacey J.
Thanks for the info....definately going to cross them off my list of possibilities. Thanks again.
NotJustFragrances
You guys should call your local post master about this too because they promote stamps.comThey even allow stamps.com to display the USPS logo.
