melpitt
Even though you said you would not make these again ,My guess is that you may get a lot of orders for your layer candles. These are very professional looking. I love them !!
SheilaW
I can't believe those little tealights. They're really cute and prove that you're insane. Hee Hee, anyone that knows me knows that already;) I think the reason I had so much fun with them is because I wasn't worried about the layers bleeding or not being the same and the stars were fun too, plus it gave me something to do while waiting for the stupid layers to harden in between pourings on the other candles. My DIL picked them up last night and since the big layered one hadn't been test burned ( that was going to be my test but darned if I was going to make any more, she is keeping that one for show only) I am burning one of the large white coconut ( what the heck are those jars called anyway?) and so far it's doing great. Also test burning one of the palm hex and it's doing well also. Made educated guesses and got lucky so far on the wick size.Thank you everyone for your nice compliments. I do appreciate it!!!Almost enough to make me want to try it again NOT:rolleyes2 I might try layering some votives if I feel really creative this weekend.
