NattyCat
I found out what clamshells were yesterday. Can some one tell me how they work?Do you pour the wax right in or do you use a break-apart tart mould? Is there a metal film over the back to stop them falling out..if so, how do you stick it down...if not - do you sell your tarts in the clamshell or out of it?Sorry for sounding stupid! AngelaVA
Not stupid at all. You pour the wax directly into the clamshell container. Then after it cools a bit, close the lid and you're done. Clamshells tarts are sold in the plastic container. They are really easy to do and easy to label. Do a search on here if you need more info. We have talked about this a lot on here
