JustJackie
Would say bath bombs are worth it? Do you get a lot of purchases for these?Also- how big is an average bath bomb? And can you use a metal mold for one- or does it have to be plastic? AND- anything else you would like to tell me about bath bombs... LOLThanks!Jackie
valleygrls98
You asked .............. I never could get them to work out. I hate the buggers ... with that said there are several people on here that have got them figured out! I'm giving them another 6 months before I try again. Gotta let my hair grow back
Spellkast
I HATE them!!! And I don't even live in a humid climate!! BUT- they were one of my bestsellers when I sold them. I just had to pull them from my line because I wasted more money throwing out crappy batches than I made from the actual bombs. They definitely take a bit of practice and if yuo like a challenge, then these would be great for ya! Plus, if you get them right, you'll be so proud of yourself! I always used a muffin pan for my bombs, but a lot of people use those clear plastic ornament molds. Those are probably preferable since you can pack them a LOT tighter that way. And mine were about 4 oz. but they vary with what mold you use. HTH!!!
TexasBrat
I didn't do so well the first time I made them but I just got a cool plastic meat baller to make them. I need more citric acid. I think bath bomb making is trial and error till you find what works.
KatieinRI
I like making them. I do bubble bombs. I don't sell anything yet, but all my friends and family LOVE them as well. And for the not so perfect batches, I just crush them and bag them up as bubble bath powder.
wickerbeal
I don't really enjoy making them, but they are one of my best sellers, especially at craft shows
