ViperSBT Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 I am looking for a good FO that would be reminiscent of a walk through the forrest. Not overpowering pine, or pine cleaner, but some woody and earthy scents, pine can be there, just not overpowering. Any suggestions? Quote
Pam W Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 have you tried Peak's Asian Sandlewood or Black Canyon? both are in the earthy/woody category. Then there is tuscan nights - it's more greenery than woody though. (No pine in any of these) Quote
Shannon WY Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 There's Twigs N Berries from BCN or Alaskan Wilderness from Rustic Escentuals- both my favorites. Quote
BACKWOODS Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 I am a fan of Twigs N Berries as well! Quote
RobinInOR Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 I've always looked for a similar scent as well, since we have 10 acres of forest None of those Peak scents are close. Alaskan Wilderness is pretty darn close for a single FO - I really like that one. A combo of Peak's Cedar, Spruce, Mountain Pine, with a little patchouli thrown in, is pretty nice... Quote
Sarah Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 i tried one called fall woods that was awesome. i don't remember the supplier (i am thinking for some reason it is a supplier i won't buy from any more, but i'm not sure). it is a good one if you can find it, though. Quote
Scented Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 How about some oakmoss with a touch of sandalwood? Twigs and Berries is such a treat Quote
bugtussle Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 Taylored has a wonderful "woods" smell called Great Outdoors. I have been pouring it for three years. Quote
Scent Cellar Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 It's not a pine smell at all but have you tried Fallen Leaf from Candle Cacoon. It's addicting. Quote
