Cross-stitch
I was wondering if any of you have made a Hawaiian jasmine scent. I have a friend who has asked me to make some solid perfume with it. But, am having trouble finding one that will work. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks! Scented
So Hawaiian jasmine is pikaki and there are places that carry that in a fragrance oil. I take it you have found some of this but it doesn't work for your application? The real stuff ... the jasmine sambac is terribly expensive in essential oil form.
Cross-stitch
Yes, I've seen it but haven't tried it and not really looking for something too expensive. However, I was hoping to make something that smelled of Hawaiian Jasmine. Thanks though...
Candybee
I know I've seen pikake, maybe it was Elements and WSP. Anyway, my grandmother used to send me pikake perfume every year while she lived on Maui. I was afraid to tell her I didn't care for it. So for me when I think of hawaiian flowers I think of plumeria. I have mixed a good plain jasmine with plumeria and called it Hawaiian Lei and it was a good seller. Unfortunately the plumeria I used in my soap faded so I quit using it. But the scent blend is beautiful. Just a thought. 1
Cross-stitch
That's pretty funny, cause it kind of sounds like me!!! But, ooh plumeria sounds like a good choice!! Looks like NG has that scent, but with the shipping I have order more than that to make it worth it!!!
