Catattack99
Hello!  I have a customer who is looking for a scent similar to a candle called “Dark Forest.” which He purchased it at Hobby Lobby some time ago and described it as  “earthy, swampy, and heavy.” I tried googling it but didn’t come across that particular candle. I don’t typically gravitate towards those earthier scents so I was hoping to get some oil recommendations?? I’ve tried CandleSciences Oakmoss and Amber but I don’t know if that really hits those “swampy” notes? Any suggestions are appreciated!!  thanks!

Darbla
I'm thinking Frasier fir + cedar + falling leaves + patchouli, and something is telling me a teeny tiny drop of licorice in that. Can you do some q-tip dips in these and put them together to see how it all melds? Arch Rock
Darbla, that mix sounds like a winner.
Sarah S
@Darbla, that sounds fantastic! @Catattack99, if you're looking for something you don't need to mix, Bittercreek has a new oil called "Hemlock Forest" that is earthy and swampy. I wouldn't call it heavy though, so it still might need a touch of something else.
