kandlekrazy
I'm making my own version of "poopourri" and using Witch Hazel and EO for most but will incorporate some FO. Since it will be mostly witch hazel, do I need to be concerned about the type of plastic the bottle is made of? I want either blue or black plastic. I could go with aluminum to be safe as I don't want glass in my bathroom.
birdcharm
I make simple sprays with a 50/50 mixture of Polysobate 20 and F/O, then fill the rest with water in a plastic mist bottle which I think is HDPE.
kandlekrazy
Ok thanks for the reply. I bought 12 glass bottles and then realized my son will probably drop them on the tile and break them. I may use them to sell but still want a plastic for home use and this would be more like 98% witch hazel and 2% EO or FO. Maybe any plastic will work at this dilution.
