TallTayl Posted October 20, 2016 Share Posted October 20, 2016 If it I like those I purchased in the past, turn the box so the cap is on top. You'll find the spigot inside the box. Unscrew the cap, then screw on the spout. watch out, though, since the spouts drip and if you don't turn them off right they leak.
