chevril
Hi, I'm unsure about when I should put the lids on my jelly jar soy wax candles. I'm working on getting my stock up before I start selling online and it would be convenient to be able to lid them to I can stack or put them in storage bins but I know they need to cure. I presume this means uncovered and exposed to air. Am I right? Do they cure while lidded? I'd be grateful for any advice! Thanks
Candybee
They don't need to be unlidded to cure. I lid my candles as soon as the wax becomes solid enough to move the candle around. Usually I try to lid, label, and pack my jars the same day if I have the time.

Working with limited room like I have, it's been getting cramped having them sit around to air. Well, life should be easier now! Thanks! 7 hours ago, Candybee said: They don't need to be unlidded to cure. I lid my candles as soon as the wax becomes solid enough to move the candle around.
