kate772
Does anyone do pet products, such as shampoo or paw balm? Having good response to them? Is there someplace that lists safe oils, butters, etc for dogs? Also, good sources?I'd like to add them to our line with the purpose of donating to animal rescues.Thanks.Kate
TallTayl
I do non-soap shampoo and conditioners formulated for animals. Sloooow sellers. The vets i work with approved the formulas.I resist making paw balms and products that are likely to be licked or otherwise ingested, including essential oils... Ravens
I'd rather stay away from pet products, unless it's a light spray, perhaps. What may be safe for humans may be lethal for our furry friends. Cats are particularly susceptible to nasty reactions (up to an including death), as they lack the necessary liver enzymes to break down the compounds found in EOs and synthetic fragrances.... what's wrong with a good doggy smell? lol
