CandleMama6
Hello All,I have not been on here forever and took a couple of years off after having my little. I am getting started again and looking for a good tart/melt wax. I would like one that has a fabulous HT. I was using a 100% soy before but it would crumble when trying to get out of the clamshells. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. I cannot wait to start making again as I have missed it terribly!!Thanks Everyone! chuck_35550
There are a lot of good threads on here about tarts. I have uses the KY tart wax at AH/RE and mixed a little soy with it to get a pretty strong tart. Read up and then order several different waxes is my advice. Candybee
If you are still looking for all soy wax try Ecosoya's PB wax. It makes awesome smelling tarts. Its supposed to be a pillar blend but I hate it as a pillar wax. Most people who tried it out as a pillar wax ended up using the rest of it to make tarts and discovered like me how awesome their tarts smelled. The only other wax I would consider using for tarts is palm pillar wax. Another wax that makes fabulous smelling tarts.
