    I am so excited...I just became a grandmother for the first time...My son and his wife just became parents to an 8 lb baby boy! Oh...to keep busy I made these for the farmers market tomorrow Mari

    I signed up for our local farmers market last week and these are a few of my items First is my signature initial embedded soaps The basket holds oatmeal milk& honey and a lightly scented Eucalyptus (the green and the yellow swirl..DH made the soapdecks and I used antique wallpaper for the bands The third is part of my display...I kept moving things around once I realized people weren't coming up to the soaps

    Ginger I had a great time I was pleased with the reponse to my items and had several people ask for my card...The man who runs the market told me he was pleased to have started another artist in the farmers market ) Mari

    Well after stressing for a week, I did the first farmers market this morning. I sold a floorcloth and 2 soaps which covered the year's fee so I'm happy with that. Met some nice people , listened to some good music and had a good time in general...not a bad way to spend 3 hours on a Saturday morning Mari:rolleyes:
