  1. Cool... Do I just have to pay for shipping or how does that work? Will it give me directions on how to get it? Thanks! Veronica
  2. They have GREAT Customer Service!!! I just emailed them a day ago asking a question about my beginners kit that I had received. I thought that I wasn't going to get a response until a couple of days. WRONG!!! I got a response within 5 Mins!!!! Giving me my answers to what I was looking for!! That was awesome!!! They have really won me over for customer service!! Maybe if enough of us ask for that type of shipping they would consider it for us! I'm not going to do that but it is an idea. Because there are times that I might need to order a few items but wouldn't order because the shipping is too high!! What do you all think? Veronica
  3. T, That was an awesome example!! Now I know what I need to do when my business starts. I heard you say that you were a wedding coordinator. I was looking into that. Can you contact me and give me some information on that? I would really appreciate it. That is if you're not too busy...LOL!! J/K Take her advice on this. You will do a great job and it will work to let your products speak for themselves! Many Blessings for you on this!! Veronica
  4. MommaD, Check out http://www.ngiwax.com They are the makers of EcoSoya! Call them and ask them what they can tell you!! I am a newbie and that was given to me from someone else! HTH Veronica
  5. Thanks Satin, I am going to try them out and see what they can offer me. I really hope that it would work out for me because I would definitely love going to pick up what I need and needing to order one thing and have shipping cost more than the one thing that I ordered LOL! Veronica
  6. Thanks Terri, I may just do that. I am trying to find out what is going to be good for me. I know that I would definitely be able to save money buying locally. However, I don't want to save money and not have a great product because I would actually be losing money in the end :undecided! Thanks again! Veronica
  7. I would like to know this information as well. I saw some cases or jelly jars at Walmart somewhere near the cooking supplies...LOL! I am thinking that you may want to try to go to the local Walmart and places like the Big Lots and things. I think that's what I am going to do because shipping is ridiculous from some of these suppliers that are out of Florida! I am in Florida too and I know how you feel. I just found a wax supplier in Sanford, which is where I live so I am checking around to see if anyone uses Enchanted-Lites waxes because if it is a great wax then I will start ordering from her because I can save on shipping by just going to pick it up ! Anyway, HTH! Veronica
  8. Hi Everyone, I was talking with someone about Enchanted-Lites wax and I wanted to know do any of you use it? What are you likes/dislikes about it? What is it best used for (votives, tarts, etc.)? Does it have a great hot/cold throw? Everything that you can offer me would be great. I am a newbie and I am in my researching stages. Right now I am using NG's Joy Wax but I would like to use a supplier that is closer to me. The supplier for the Enchanted-Lites is actually in the same city as I am, so this would definitely heelp with shipping cost, as I am a WAHM!! Thanks everyone for your input! Veronica

  10. Hi Heather, I saw on someone's website where they actually sell crumblies in a nice little cello bag! That could be something that you can use instead of throwing it away if it has a great throw but just doesn't come out of the mold right. I thought that was a neat idea to tarts. You can still make the tarts and sell those as well but it was just an idea about the wax that you are throwing away )! I am a newbie too and this forum is the best that I have been on so far! It has a bunch of information and everyone is sooo helpful. HTH!! Veronica
  11. LOL...Thanks all!! I feel so crazy now :rolleyes2 I was talking about 2 different things. I thought that the wicks didn't come curled but I didn't know for sure. As you can tell I am a very newbie!! Thanks again for the much needed info!! Veronica
  12. Hi All, I am a newbie and I have noticed many candles with the wicks that are curled some how. Where can I get those wicks from? I don't even know what they are called. I saw a picture in the gallery that had them and they were saying the swirled clams look great but I am assuming that they were talking about the wicks. Can someone please let me know where I can get the curled wicks. Those look so nice and decorative!! TIA! Veronica

  14. Hi Everyone, I am trying to find the Fragrance Oil called Eucalyptus Mist. I have only seen 2 candle companies that use the scent for their fragrance but I haven't seen any suppliers that have the scent. I only see Eucalyptus on the suppliers. Please if any of you know any suppliers that I can get Eucalyptus Mist from I would greatly appreciate it. My friend loves that scent and I want to surprise with it. I am a newbie and I am just learning all the ends and outs of everything! I still have a long way to go! TIA!!! Veronica
  15. Hi, I'm fairly new to the candlemaking scene but I wanted to let you know that I have heard that the NG Joy Wax is a great wax that gives off an awesome hot/cold throw. I haven't tried it yet but I have heard nothing but good comments about it. I have ordered my kit and it was shipped out today so I should have it in a couple of days. I can let you know what it's like when I try it! There website is http://www.naturesgardencandles.com and they have a lot of fragrances that sound like they smell good that I haven't heard of before. It's worth trying! Hope this helps! Veronica
