I would say that dirt would produce the same results.
I use the carpet freshener with my bagless vaccum cleaners and have not had any problems. I always empty the canister after each use so there is no difference. Once again, it's no different than dirt particles.

Those are pretty. It looks like the bottom portion of the soap might be a different color. Is it?

Rose Bouquet from Peak's is awesome!

Personally I would go with the kraft label because that is your theme.
BTW, congrats on the large order!

Ummm, I telling on you.

It seems to be a novelty item and not something that people seek out.

I'm not familiar with that wax. It might not even be a wax that is meant for container candles, though some container wax does pull away from the edges.
You might try one of the candle kits that is available at one of the candle companies that supplies candlemakers with quality products. A couple of businesses that I can think of that sell these kits are www.bittercreek.com and www.peakcandlesupply.com They have put together kits that have compatible wicks, wax, fragrance oils, etc along with instructions that will allow you to make successful candles.
Happy candlemaking. BTW, it's very additive and you may end up spending more in the long run once you get started.

Though the bases are really easy to make, I purchase a pre-made base to sell to the public. I've tried the base from MMS and BC and prefer the BC base. It's much more moisturizing.

I had never heard of these wicks before. Guess I'll have to check them out.

Don't forget to take a picture so you don't forget how good it can look.

The cost to make these bad boys must be why they charge so much. I could never figure it out before.

Patchouli fits that description for me. That must be why I can't stand the stuff.

I've searched for those myself and have never found any like it. A few years back when looking, I think she I read something that said they were made exclusively for her.

I think it depends on how busy the shop is at the moment you visit as to whether or not the owner would have time for you. I know of a gal who just goes into the shop with brochures, pricelist and samples and drops them off to the owner. She then calls back at a later date if the person is really busy and can't talk at the moment. She also makes it a point to never leave the stuff with a store clerk because she said that never resulted in any orders.

I love my Tank and would purchase one again. They are a reputable company and I bet they are just backed up. Have you tried calling them to find out what is going on?
-
That looks just like them.
Someone gave me a gift basket from Lush that had one of these and I didn't know how to use it. Just used it like a bar of soap until it crumbled.

they did...
as far as wax is concerned i use Peaks the shipping is not bad to here in AZ. There is soylutions up in OR they only have soy though...but most of the West coast suppliers want CRAZY prices for their wax...IMO.
I normally purchase my wax from Peak's too because it's normally cheaper with the shipping.
I wonder if the wax is so much more because of where it is delivered from? I think most manufacturing is done on the East Coast.

Does anyone have a promotional code from First and Main they can share with me?
-
Yes... Day-Star
Thank you.

What is DS? Daystar???

I only see pre-tabbed wicks from Peak.
I've purchased only wax from Swan's. They weren't the best supplier I've dealt with... they were slow in shipping, their site was confusing to navigate and getting an answer to an e-mail was not quick. I did like the wax but found shipping expensive.
Anyone considering Print Shop 2.0 out in Jan 2010?

Judy, did you get an e-mail with that pricing on it? I went to the website and don't find those prices.
