  1. I've got several of their oils and oob I really like them. I haven't had the time to put them in wax yet. I have Sugar Cookie Dough Bread, Apple Cider Bread, Amish Friendship Bread, Vanilla Bean Noel, Sugar Cookie, Cozy Fall Nights...and a few more that I can't think of right now. Prices are pretty good and they ship fast. I have tried some melts from companies that use their oils and they are nice and strong.
  2. What wax ended up working for you? Glad you found one that you like!
  3. I have had issues my Scentsy warmers as well. If I used a harder wax like a pillar or votive wax the tart won't melt and I can barely smell it. Straight soy doesn't do that great either. But a blend or lower melt point wax works great. Mine are brand new so I would think the bulbs would be too but you never know. Their clamshells are over priced and I'd rather make my own but I do love their warmers. I bought one of the Better Homes and Gardens warmers and so far haven't had any issues with it. It's one of their holiday ones so I've just now started using it.
  4. Anyone know where to buy a silicone mold like this? I've seen some different people selling larger tart bar's that break apart and I know they are made from a mold. They look similiar to a clamshell but much larger. Kind of like Scenty's brick. I've done a search but can't come up with much. Thanks!
  5. The Great Pumpkin fo is more of a straight pumpkin scent. No spices really. At least to my nose. But I've never had a fuel smell from it either. But I've never been able to detect a fuel smell from fragrances and others can. Hope you get everything figured out soon
  6. Yeah it does stick to the portion cups more than other wax I've used. But I figured it was because it's a container blend too. I've just been pressing on the sides of the cups to loosen it a bit and then popping out from the bottom. My friend uses the oval cups and her's are a lot easier to get out. I've just got the round black ones. Hope you have better luck on your next try!
  7. I don't know where to get those but I would love to know also. They are really nice looking! I think they would sell great
  8. I just started using this wax and I have had awesome results! Never a fuel smell or anything with an awesome throw. A good friend of mine has used Candlesource wax and fo's for years w/o a problem. I've had lots of her candles and melts and they always smell great. I just got a slab of wax a few weeks ago and it was fine. Maybe there was a bad batch of wax or something? I just ordered another slab yesterday. The melts I made a few weeks ago were with Just Scent fo's. I did order a few samples of fragrance too so I will see if they smell weird. The older scents I have from Candlesource smell fine.
  9. I got a sample of this just yesterday so it's not in wax yet of course. But it smells totally different from any Amish Friendship Bread I've tried from other companies. I've got some from Natures Garden and their's has a cherry smell to me. This one is kind of a spicy cocoa bread smell. I'm not describing it the best but I really really like it. Can't wait to get it in wax
  10. Good luck! Hopefully there isn't much of a waiting list. I know the few times I've went to that one, the building wasn't full. There was plenty of room for more booths. I don't know if they just didn't have enough vendors or if that was all they wanted. I don't know where in OK you are but I've heard there is a good sized craft show at the Shawnee Expo center in December. I don't know the name of it or anything. I've never been able to go. I've got a 3 yr old and a 4 month old so I try to make craft shows but it doesn't always work out! LoL....I'd love to be in one someday but that will have to wait a while.
  11. The Affair of the Heart has had Scentsy there before. I know because I bought one of their western style warmers. Maybe they've changed the rules now and won't let them in. I usually just bypass that booth when I see them at craft shows. The Affair of the Heart is nothing like what it used to be. It was all handcrafted items and now half of it is just market items people are trying to re-sell. A friend of mine makes wood crafts and was on the waiting list for several years before she finally got in. She did get into the Tulsa one pretty easy so maybe you can check that one out? It's not as busy or as full as the OKC one.
