  11. I borrowed the book "the Complete Soap Maker" from the library and some of her handmilled soaps call for fresh fruits and veggies. Would I need a preservative with these, especially if I were to sell them? Also, some of her recipes call for benzoin, do I really need this and if I do, where would I get it? I am waiting on some cocoa butter and then I can hopefully make my first batch of soap! Steph
  12. If you want soy linen/body spray, you can just use cyclomethicone and add some soy oil. HTH, Steph
  13. We have a whole herd of goats, but I haven't taken to milking them yet! Maybe when I have some time, after my kiddies are all grown up (in about 20 years, LOL). Seriously, once I try reguarl CP with water, I will try the goats milk. We have one big nanny goat that should be great for milking (we have mostly pygmy crosses, so they are small). Steph
  14. Those are both very nice! I agree, a scratch and sniff monitor would be good! Steph
  15. Those soaps look yummy (not that I would eat them). The racks look pretty cool as well. Very cute puppy! Makes me wish I had gotten a small puppy instead of a huge Golden Retriever! Steph
  16. I finally ordered some cocoa butter, so these will be one of the first things I make when I get it (soap will be the next, LOL)!! Steph
  17. BC has a nice Aloe Body Wash, they are still reformulating the suspending shower gel. Their lotion is wonderful as well! Steph
  18. Thanks to both of you. Maybe I will nix the stearic for now until I practice a bit. I may order some sweet almond or apricot kernal as well. Steph
