  1. Well I guess I need to try it than! I have bedtime bath from wsp, and I really can't tell the difference between it and Lavender fields! their bedtime bath is very medicinial. Surprisingly, my boys are always asking for it to spray their pillows.. they think it maks them sleep better. :)

Just what I DIDNT wanna do... find another supplier to try and fall in love with HAHA!

    THanks all!

  2. not a silly question! To make the beads, you mix the ornie beads and fo in a jar. Close it up, and every now and again give it a good shake. Sometimes it takes a couple days for the FO to completely soak up. You'll know when your beads are ready when you shake the jar and none stick to the sides. Than you can either put the beads in a sachet bag, or you can melt them to make like an ornament. I've never melted them, but I believe you put them in a metal cookie cutter and bake... I'm sure someone who has melted them will jump in here. I got a bunch of metal cookie cutters garage saleing this year and am eventually going to make the ornies. I like the idea for hanging them on an XMas tree!

  3. Patience.... yeah not so much here. That's why I don't think I could ever make CP soaps. HAHA I would want to use them the minute they came out of the mold! but yeah, the hardest part with the beads is the patience! I think i got my beads from wsp.. Either there or NG? Can't remember.

  4. Depending on how much wax you want to start with, I would make a "full" batch and pour it into ice cube trays. When cool, take them out and bag them. Then, figure out how many it takes to fill the mold. Ex. if each of the "fancy" molds takes 6 oz of wax to fill, and each cube is 1 oz, you would need 6 cubes to make one batch. When ready to make a batch, only melt down 6 cubes. That way, you are not reheating the large batch over and over and losing scent each time.

    HTH

What a FANTASTIC idea!!!! That's a great idea for making smaller batches with different scents. I make candles for myself only and wondered how I could make like 1 jar at a time! YAY!

  5. I bought the sampler lotion set from Aquatech. Their premium lotion is pretty good. Not greasy, soaks right in. Not bad at all. I REALLY like their hemp lotion base. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be able to work around their price increase or I would keep that base forever. I would really recommend getting the sample package from them if you were looking into carrying their products. I don't know what the price is for it now, but it was a great deal when I got it. I believe it was $15 for 6 4oz bottles and that included shipping.

  6. I might have to give this a try. I'm just doing these for myself. Have no intentions of ever selling a candle, I'll stick to B&B, that keeps me busy enough. LOL I'm trying to get away from my addiction to Gold Canyon cuz that empties my bank account out. haha
