all sizes..... I can't stand thinking about it . But they did say that since there major clean up painting caulking and extermination things are way better.

My son and his college roommates moved into a disgusting roach infested apartment. I have been sick over this all week. 22 but still my baby. They cleaned , painted and had a professional exterminator in who will come back weekly until they are rid of them. My question is this. The boys love my soy candles and dipped critters and are begging me for some now. They say it will make it feel cleaner there. I fear that the soy and the yummy FO may make matters worse. Why do you think:confused:

I did that. You will love it. no one bothers you. I keep a 6 ft folding table up and can work whenever i want. TV and computer in there. It is so peacful. I don't have to clean up all the way . YOU WILL LOVE IT . I use the presto pot as is.

8 Gran Ones I have been trying to double wick the 16 oz and 24 oz 4 inch diam. elevation jar after Failing miserably with one wick. I have tried cdn 14, 12 and now 10. I thought I had it down until the last ¼ of the jar. Now it is too hot. It took four 4 hour burns to achieve a full melt pool. Thought I had it . These are some heavy duty FO too. Hillbilly homebrew banana nut bread and black cherry. Can you offer any suggestions for me? Thanks much

Do you just include your expenses and profits on you personal income tax forms? Again thank you all. I have no clue how to form a home based business. nor do I know who to speak to . what about a doing business as instead of a llc? /Then what ? Don't you have to file anything with the state? and what about all the tax stuff? Where do you learn all that? Hey thanks by the way

Hi just wanted to update. Two CDN 10 in the 16 oz elevation jar seem to be doing well. clean jar buuuut... it is only 1/3 of the way burned. Might get too hot down lower in the jar. This time I tested in the 16 oz instead of the 24 just because it takes too long . Of course if I get it right I will try the 24 oz. I really want to try the CDN 20 like Stella advised with one of my scents that I can use only 1 oz of FO. Someone else had said I should try two eco 12s. I have never used that wick and I have so many wicks I would like to use what I have if at all possible.once again thanks for all the help.

anyone know of a site that I could read and learn about the making the grubby candles with soy? They are so cute. I only make container soy and tarts but would love to learn. thanks

too funny ...... that's kinda scarey if that is true and we wash our bodies with . I was thinking of learning

for years now I have used 1.25 to 1.50 per pound if 415 . Last week after reading all these I made one of each of my year round scents in 8 oz jj and 1 of each fall scent in 9oz melting pots using 1 oz per pound. The burn was fine . The same as with the amounts I used in the past. no better no worse. The HT not the same. Don't get me wrong i could smell them but no where near the amount I could before. I didn't wait an entire week at first but closed them up and tried again now a week and two days later. I have had candles burning in every room in the house with doors closed. My family thinks I am nuts( might be some truth to that) I figure if the burn didn't change it may just be a matter of opinion on how strong you like your scents. Since I can still smell them burning I guess it wouldn't be that the FO or the company you get them from is not as good. It may be just a matter of opinion ... how strong you like your candles The way i see it here on this thread people who answered... 6 people use 1.50 ,5 use 1.00 ,4 use 1.28, 2 use 1.60 and 3 use .96. now if you are having trouble burning them then I think you have to adjust. I would love to go down to 1.0 . that's a great save . I will seal them up and try again next week . I need the strong throw:cheesy2:
