What would be a good E.O. besides lavender for these. Has anyone had good scuuess with others? I have used lemon for the salt scrub and it was really good.

When making bath bombs do you prefer making them with an oil or witch hazle? Have you heard anyone saying they prefer one to the other?

I use these and I put a warning lable with the information on the bottom and a silver foil (rectangle) lable with the scent name on the side. I think the lable size is 1x2.5

What a PITB trying to get the color I want. I think I finally have it. It is diluted in 5lbs of wax with one drop of red and three of ivory. I think I may need to tweak it some more but this is the closest I think I am going to get. Thanks for all your help

I use liquid colors and I need help getting a skin or flesh color. Any suggestions? I keep getting my color a little to red or pink.

Ok. So here it is. I received a message the other day that Rich called. FINALLY!. I called him back and he was very nice and apologized. He is going to issue me my credit and also review the emails that were sent by his customer service team. One was very rude and said that the owner will not be calling me and when I called one supervisor just hung up on me. I guess it just shows that some people put their customers first and others just dont care what happens. I think that if owners knew more of what their team was doing and the way they handled the situation this would have been taking care of long ago. He was very nice and cleared things up right away. This is what should have been done in the first place. Customers are what keep you in business and you need to make sure that they are taking care of so that they return. I just glad this is all taken care of.

Yes. I asked to speak to the owner and they said that he is not going to speak to me. So I dont even know if he knows about this situatoion. She is now trying to back paddle and see what she can do to amke me happy. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me no. The company is BCN

just so that some of you know so you understand what the "protection" coverage is so that you know where I am coming from. If you order something and it is shipped by say "UPS" and they leave it without a signature or if they send you the wrong one. It is the suppliers responsibility to have the incorrect one shipped and the correct one sent out. If they want to make sure that you receive the package is received then they need to tell UPS that a signature is required. All this is covered if you pay bt credit card. These are the protections that you have. How do I know this? I was the Director of chargebacks for a large retail company and this is what the bank will tell you. If their is no proof of delivery that is the senders problem. And if you take it to court and I win they also have to pay my court costs which I have a receipt on the date I sent the packake back showing their zip code. I was in no way in the wrong. I am under no obligation to spend more money to have their incorrect product sent back with delivery confirmation

Yes I did. They even put a tracer on the package. But since I am not the shipper I would not get credit from them. Only the shipper would. I just received another email from the shipper and they told me that they would give me the credit and that I will not be placing any more orders with them. And this isnt even my fault. It is theirs and UPS's problem. I guess this is what kind of service you get when people dont know what they are doing.

Ok so here it goes. I use one company that I usually get all my supplies from. Well a couple of months ago that sent me the wrong product. I call them that same day I received that product even though that it was delevered three days late becuase UPS miss sorted that package and they told me to mail the wrong ones back and that they would send me the correct ones. I sent that wrong ones back by regular mail and they sent the correct ones. Well UPS left the package on the front door when our shop was closed. We never received it and the company siad that they never received my return and that they would not give me my money back. To make it even worse the fragrance was for a special order that after all of this I lost. I threatened them with small claims and they decided to give me the credit and then they told me that I am not going to order from them again. All of this I feel is their fault and they are trying to make it look like it was mine. Now my attorney is telling me to take it to court and to get the money that I would have received from the special order as well. Am i doing the right thing? I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and all I was asking for was the 38.00 dollars back and now I am going to go after the whole amount

I order wax from them quite a bit. They have a wherehouse in Washington and in Sacramento. Jim is great to work with and very helpful.

I have a tray mold and it hold 7lbs. How do I determine the amount in oil and water so that what I make fit in perfectly? Do I weigh out 7lbs in oils and then add the water/lye mixture? wont that be too much? Any help would be appreciated.

Not to offend anyone who has posted but we have a massage candle that sells really well. The wax when melted is not very hot. I guess you need to open your mind and actually see how it works. It seems like everyone is so negative right off the bat. As for using it on burn victims, I cant see the benefit. But it does work great as a hot (not burning) massage oil candle

Aromaxpress. They have several scents that I want but they seem to be on the high side. Im sure the scents are regular line scents but just renamed. Any input would be appreciated.

I have to agree. I will never but any of their glassware again. The quality of the glassware was terrible. You would think that you would get a decent piece of glass by looking at the pictures but not true. The glass was thin and several cases were damaged or broken by the time they got to me. I would recommend not buying glassware from them. There are several other companies that have much better quality and prices.

to Bluegrass soy? I am looking for a supplier closer to the west coast that has a soy wax comparable to bluegrass soy. Their wax, when melted has an oily feel and doesnt crumble right away when you feel it. Does that make sense? Hopefully someone can help me. Thanks

It is abouyt 1/2 - 45 minutes depending on the traffic towards the coast. Follow the signs towards Pacifica and then go South. I am from San Francisco and there are usually no craft fairs during the winter.

Where do you usually get this? Do most grocery stores carry it?

I need to chocolate scent that works in both soy and paraffin. I dont want the Hershey chocolate scent. Does anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone tried FCC Chocolate?
